The reception staff was really nice and they speak a very good English. They had room service and the breakfast given was really good. The kitchen is really small but enough for some small dishes. The apartment is not spectacular BUT it is The Best value for the money I have ever been.

The hostel is inside a building located about 300meters from the center.
The position is excellent, the building is quite old (and there is a dentist studio next to the reception)...don't expect someting "fun"..rooms are separated and there is no space for common living. (p.e in the evening) but rooms are silencious and nice looking. We had inside also a little kitchen, tv and private bathroom.
Good for couples and even families with childrens!!

Overall, a great option for those looking for a more independent experience versus a hotel or hostel. Great location between main square and Kazmierz. Small grocery store directly across the street and the #19 tram stops right in front of the building.
