The guesthouse has a total of four rooms, all with private facilities and cable TV, and all the comfort a traveler may need.


Common areas, services and activities

There is a lounge area perfect for socializing, with woodburner fireplace and all the traditional elements that comes with it.
Guests can watch TV, delight in the cellar or play in table games. The sofas are spacious, comfortable rooms that can be transformed into bed.
A fully equipped kitchen is at guests' disposal, meals can be served in the existing table up to 12 people.

Upstairs in addition to the two bedrooms and the lounge with sofas, armchairs, reading corner, dining furniture and flat screen TV, the guests can admire a breathtaking view of the city and the Sierra Freita and the entire parish of St. Roebourne.

The villa is 3 minutes walk from the municipal swimming pools ( indoor and outdoor) as well as 5 minutes from the river beach 'Burgães' .
Nearby there are bakeries , supermarkets , cafes and nightclubs .
