Directions (how to arrive at the hostel):

From Faro Airport: Get the Bus 16 towards Terminal Rodoviário (timetable here: http://dev.proximo.pt/uploads/schedules/linha_16_2.pdf). From there follow the instructions from the Bus Terminal (see below.)

From Train Station: Once outside the station, turn right and go straight for 250m, until you find the Bus Terminal. From there follow the instructions from the Bus Terminal (see below.)

From the Bus Terminal: Once outside the Terminal, turn right towards the McDonald's sign. From there you will be able to see the Hotel Faro. Turn left on the street beside the Hotel (Rua do Primeiro de Maio) and walk straight for 100m, where you will find a little square with restaurants around it. Keep walking across the square and then follow the sign to Mercado Municipal, which will lead you to Rua Lethes. At the end of this street you will find the Teatro Lethes. Turn right and then left, following the Mercado Municipal signs. Go straight for 250m, untill you can see the Mercado Municipal. Le Penguin is on your right.
