I had a really good experience in the residence. The staff were friendly, available and willing to assist whenever needed. The rooms were cleaned, simple, but well designed and they have very nice view. I enjoyed my stay. The location is very good. Not in the busy part, and yet close to the center, in walking distance to highlights of the city. It was worth of price. I would recommend to some friend of mine visiting Porto.

Didn't have enough light in bedroom and bathroom, beds were broken, floor were uneven, heating was not enough. Even though I understand it's a very cheap hotel, still the facilities were too bad.

Great central location. Friendly staff, if a little disorganised. Good bathroom. Only quibble is that the floor of the bedroom could have been cleaner. Beds and the bathroom both very clean though. Overall recommended.

Friendly staff, nice old-style room, good location. But the room on a rainy day in May was very, very cold...there is no heating in the whole place.

This hotel was stylish, had some new bathrooms and they were friendly. There is no central heating, further evertything was okay, recommended

The walls of our room were so thin we could hear anything going on on our floor + the doorbell rang at any time at night. Our bathroom door could not close. The lady at the reception couldn't speak English. Our balcony opened to the terrace where the handylady would hang out and iron towels and sheets. We just laughed at these things (and also at our funny room decors)

It's difficult to complain. For 19 euros I had a private bedroom with large bad and private bathroom. Wieless was also available. Location - excellent - historical part of the city.
