About us
Our unique project was created in time of USSR as a laboratory house with food block. But during new commercial time it has turned into panoramic cafe including mini-hotel. The original architecture combines modern technologies but at the same time it gives a tribute to historical traditions. It's a family business.

Accommodation
The hotel '3012m' is for eco-turism lovers. Conveniences are partial.Double room in the 'floating' tower, 6 beds in the bunker with bunk beds.

Services and activities
The cafe is a guest room where you can communicate to each other, share your impressions, watch films, play board games (backgammon, cards, etc.), play the guitar, drink mountain tea...

As the mini-hotel is situated on the height 3012 meters above sea level, there are only mountains around))). Bar and cafe are situated on the territory of the mini-hotel, two cable cars are nere the mini-hotel and works from 9 am til 4 pm, and also other cafes working til 4 pm.
