New Guest House 'Pridvorov' is located in a quiet, environmentally clean area, 15 minutes drive from the main street of Krasnodar, 40 minutes from the airport. Within walking distance are TRC 'Red Square,' WCC 'ExpoGrad South', 'Basket-Hall' and 'Ice Palace', University QUY Ministry of Internal Affairs (Police School).

We are pleased to offer our guests accommodation in one of 12 rooms: 1 double bed or two twin beds. All rooms are equipped with split-system, mosquito nets on the windows, free high-speed Wi-Fi, plasma TV with the basic channels, a desk with stationery set, a set of tea and coffee, free bottled water, bedding and hygiene items of high quality .
Land and buildings guest house is under video surveillance around the clock.
