About us
Our property was established two years ago. This project was first an idea two close friends shared, which then grew into something bigger. Our mission is to make the first meeting between our city's guests and the city itself more comfortable. There are no notable features of the building, however, it is located close to the biggest park in the city. The atmosphere in our property is friendly and inviting, we have two staff members - one is good at cooking and the other can speak several langua

Accommodation
There are two shared rooms with 2 bunk beds and 2 beds in one room and 3 bunk beds in the other, plus one bunk bed can be added if requested, and there are two bathrooms.

Services and activities
There is a common kitchen with a microwave, a freezer, a stove with an oven, tableware, a teapot and a tv. Coffee and tee are free, and for some extra pay one can request a simple breakfast. The wi-fi is free and accessible from all the rooms. We have a washing machine, clothes dryer and an iron.

Surroundings
In the vicinity there are several supermarkets and grocery stores, and down the road on Tveritina street there is a sushi restaurant. There are three parks in the area, Park Pavlika Morozova is perfect for sports and has a basketball court, park Meteogorka is a scenic spot and has a good viewpoint for a panorama of Yekaterinburg, while park Mayakovskogo is the biggest park in the city and it double as an amusement park with fairground rides, a petting zoo, several cafés and a fountain.

Our property is worth staying in for its combination of a convenient location (parks nearby, close both to the city center and its location and the central park, quiet and calm area), low prices, good quality bed places, and available services. Our staff can speak several languages, and they are always willing to help with orientation around the city, we can recommend interesting events and locations in the city and even organise small personal tours for extra price.
