The hostel is great if you want to get to know the Belgrade night life! However, you never know who is staff and who is a guest because there are so many locals hanging out and they all stay in the room with guests. There is one shower for 10+ people and there were always people asleep in the common area in the morning, so if you are an early riser it's inconvenient. They are also loud all night (staff doesn't uphold the quiet hours)and have squeaky beds. Perfect for the partiers, otherwise go elsewhere.

we had a lot of fun the first two nights, but im covered in spider bites and also got thrown out by a girl who needs to reevaluate her relationship with herself. i was physically threatened and had a wine bottle smashed at me and left and received no apology. technically we overpaid also so you’re welcome go to therapy

Sorry that you are not satisfied with your experience but this is a hostel not a brothel so if you are physically all over other people who are there with their girlfriends you can expect them to have a problem with that :) going to places which have other people living there you should learn to respect others peoples personal space or go book yourself a hotel room and stay alone

Green Studio Lounge is such a special place! It's an amazing backpackers hostel full of beautiful people who welcome you into the space and make your stay in Belgrade so special. Thank you to all of the staff and volunteers for showing me such a unique and amazing experience in Belgrade. It is also so ideal for solo travellers. I will 100% be back and recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Belgrade experience. So much love for this place and these people!

Cute hostel, great location, incredible atmosphere downstairs with friendly staff and cute jazz music playing. Bathroom was TINY and a bit falling apart with dodgy hot water. Beds weren't the best, but all in all was an ok stay.

Awesome hostel with a really unique atmosphere. It's small but everybody knows each other and it feels like a big family. The staff are super friendly and always willing to help you with any queries you might have. If you come to Belgrade, you have to stay here!

It was great, I just personally couldn't stand up in the basement room since I'm tall. Extremely helpful and chill staff, would totally go again when I am in Belgrade again!

Two young ladies at the front desk we really nice... the guy who works the night shifts is worth nothing. Both times I came in he was sleeping.. did not even wake up until the staff woke with up the next day around 11am.... he gave direction to the free walking tour and it was the wrong place. The hostel is not really clean but it is well situated close the train station and a grocery store

The hostel has a pretty good location close to the train station. The staff is awesome and told us about all the good places to go in Belgrade. The reception area is a cool place to hang out, you feel right at home. They have 3 cute dogs as well.
The rooms however are a joke, they were tiny and so hot it was impossible to sleep. There were dirty underwear everywhere, including on our beds. There was a strong smell of sweat and feet in the whole room. The beds are very low and when you stand up in the room you will have a pair of feet in your face from someone sleeping in the top bed.
We’re not picky but this place was just too dirty, smelly and hot for us. Unfortunate when the staff and the rest of the place was cool. We packed our bags in the night and moved to another hostel.
It’s a good place if you want a super cheap cool place and you don’t care about the sleeping conditions - what so ever.
