The place was dirty and the beds were uncomfortable and sounded like they were about to break. The heater was useless because the window had a hole and we were cold all night. The staff was super friendly, but they disappeared at one point and we couldn't get into our room since we have to leave the key at reception when we leave the property. The location is hard to find, very hidden and up 5 flights of stairs, but it was in a central area with many shops and a 20 minute walk from train station. I would not stay again.

Very very good without problems. If i could say a suggestion the bed material, metal and mattress could be improved.
