IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

You MUST call us on +34 664 127 664 (this number will be in your confirmation email) once you have arrived in the CITY or 30 minutes BEFORE you arrive at the establishment in order to arrange a CHECK-IN time. You will not be able to enter the building unless you call first as there is NO PERMANENT RECEPTION on site.

If we are unable to accommodate a customer we will make alternative arrangements in another one of our properties of an equal standard.

HOW TO ARRIVE

ADDRESS: Carrer Comte Borrell 41. 08015- Barcelona

From Barcelona-El Prat airport:

Take the Airport Bus (Aerobus) and get off at the second stop: URGELL. Walk one block till you reach Carrer COMTE BORRELL. Walk down Carrer COMTE BORRELL until you reach No. 41.

From Girona airport:

Take the bus to Barcelona bus terminal (ESTACIÓ DEL NORD). Take the Metro (L1, red line) from ARC DE TRIOMF station till URGELL. Walk down GRAN VIA DE LES CORTS CATALANES for one block until you cross Carrer COMTE BORRELL. Walk on Carrer COMTE BORRELL until you reach No. 41.


From Reus Airport:

Take the bus to SANTS ESTACIÓ, which is the bus terminal for Reus Airport. From there, take the metro (L3, green line) to POBLE SEC station. Take the CARRER PARLAMENT exit. Walk down Carrer PARLAMENT (in the direction of traffic) until you come across Carrer COMTE BORRELL. Nº 41 is on the left hand site.

Car park:

A paying car park available in Carrer Urgell.

BOOKING: When booking, please indicate your arrival time or your arrival to airport (Barcelona-El Prat, Girona or Reus).

CHECK-IN: Check-in is after 12:00 (midday).

Late check-in: there is an additional charge for check-ins
after 10 p.m. per room/apartment:

- from 10 p.m. to 12 p.m.(midnight)= 20 EUR
- after 12 p.m.(midnight)= 30 EUR
- after 2 a.m.= 40 EUR

PAYMENT: is expected in cash, due in full on arrival.

CHECK-OUT: is before 11.00 a.m.

CANCELLATIONS:

- More than 72 hrs before arrival: no charge
- Less than 72 hrs before arrival: 1st night is charged
- Same day or no-show: 1st night is charged

SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR PRIVATE APARTMENTS:
- Security deposit: 100 EUR in cash upon arrival, which is returned at the check-out (if no main damages in the property).
- Cleaning fee: 25 EUR
