For someone who wants to save money, doesn´t mind walking or taking public transport and doesn´t care about the sleeping spot, it is a nice place. Basic, cheap, and can be fun. However, it is far from city center, very noisy mainly traffic), beds aren´t the best (matrasses are thin and beds make noise) and in general it is not very clean, though neither very dirty.

My stay was fine, personnel kind and helpful, but I couldn´t sleep well because of the bed and the noise. But, as said.. I preferred to save money and for that it was ok.

I was gonna be in Barcelona for only 2 days, but after getting to know so many great people in this hostel I decided to extend my stay and it was the best thing I done! The staff is amazing, they're friendly, helpful, down to earth and humane. Graffiti was my favorite hostel in Spain!

The sheets were very dirty!!!! we slept in a private room where the windows were closed all day without ever changing air. good only for those looking for a bed and that's it.

about 25 min by foot from city centre (less with the metro nearby, metro station is at about 5min), not far from the Sagrada familia, staff was nice and the wifi worked everywhere in the hostel and not only the common spaces. Bathrooms and beds were clean.

Only drawback is that it is near a large road so it is noisy at night if people in the room want to leave the window open. And there is not a lot to do in the nearby area if not willing to go to the city centre.

Some staff was really nice, and some wasn't. I liked all the terrases they had and kitchen, there's not enough toilets/bathooms for soo many people. The equiptment in hostel is pretty old, there's no AC but at least they have fans. I didn't like that over night they close kitchen and terras (because we were not bothering anyone) also the strict rules to leave the hostel after 11h and not being allowed to stay there in the kitchen or terras - that's really lame... Overall it was good experience because I met a lot of nice people in the hostel.

the staff is inexperienced and the information that supplies are superficial and findable via web by anyone , underperforming. the staff does not speak Spanish!.

the place is located above a pub, which stays open all night, and the noise sometimes is annoying.

Really crappy. Someone kept moving my fan, and my feet stank. Bed was very uncomfy, I suppose it was better than sleeping in a park, but not very much better.

I liked this hostel, coz it was not far from the metro station, clean and they had this awesome baclony in the room that goes to the corner of the streets with the whole view over the intersection. It was also just a few minutes walk from the "huge-penis-tower" which for some weird reason was not called like that but somehow different ;)

It would be great to fix or just re-decorate the rooms 'n common rooms like the kitchen and main bathroom. Moreover, it would be soo great aswell, due to be in a spanish city, to have staff with several languages, included spanish; not every spanish is able to speak fluently in english.

Best wishes from a spanish girl! ;)

Clean and modern place; really close to Encants metro station so that was good. Friendly staff. Good for a place to sleep, but perhaps not so good for the social side of things though.

It could definitely be improved by adding some simple kitchen facilities like a fridge and hob, as there weren't many restaurants close by.

Awful. They were drinking at the kitchen all night long - including the stuff, who turned on music so loud. The walls are thin and I couldn't sleep at all. I moved away the very next day

Hostel is rather spacious, a bit ugly inside. It is located very close to the metro station and to the train station.

The kitchen is well equipped, but there are haven of cockroaches.

the hostel was cleaned frequently

Staff is pleasant and talkative. But they found it possible to discuss me and my friend in our presence. That was crap.

PS When traveling from the airport d'ont get the an Airbus, just take the train.

this hostel is extremely dirty and it is very difficult to find it at the first time. It's 1 or 2 metro stops away from la sagrada famiglia but not in a good neighbourhood. but the garden was nice, but dirty, and there is a friendly atmosphere. at night, you can have a rest at the garden (or balcony, whatever) , relax, drink, listen to music and meet new people. However, I'll never forget how terribly dirty it was.

my friend and I (also known as "the last ones home girls") had a great time at graffiti. very nice staff, awesome activities (sangria party, clubbing etc.). Just one very important tipp: DON'T stay in the 24-bed-dorm!!! It's just too hard.

Apart from that totally recommendable to everyone who doesn't just wanna do boring sightseeing but also have heaps of fun in Barcelona and get to know awesome people!!

Although the bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms weren't among the best we've seen, they were functional and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They were really accomodating with checkin, checkout and luggage storage and our booking mishap was sorted out within a few minutes. I also lost my credit card and left a whole lot of stuff at the hostel and by some miracle it got back to me. There's a terrace area where everyone tends to chill as well as a small common room. The vibe was really great and everyone at the hostel prematched together and head out to a club. Location-wise it's very close to the Sagrada Familia and down the road from a metro station - about 6 stops from the center of town, which was actually not far at all.

I was satisfied with the hostel facilities. The only disturbing thing in my experience was a group of youth Italians acting like self-confident adolescent idiots (which includes: carelessly spilling drinks around, jumping on beds like monkeys and – the worst – shouting out loud all the time to fill the whole hostel with their presents in such a way you could not avoid it). It is questionable, what the stuff can do in such cases, but they were unambiguously ruining the atmosphere, which would otherwise be cool and pleasing.
