About us
We transfer our paradigms to you with exhibition elements and digital content that concur in all of our facilities where we talk about our Culture, about our Industrial Past and about the Urban Regeneration registered in Bilbao, which has represented one of the most notable transformations on the Planet.

Accommodation
There are 14 rooms, that vary in size: from private rooms for 4 people, to 14 beds dorms. Towels and locks can be rented, but bedlinens and in-room lockers are included in the price, as well as showergel-shampoo. Every room has at least one ensuite bathroom.

Services and activities
WiFi is free all around the hostel, there is a kitchenette area by the reception (no stove, but we provide microwave-grill oven, kettle, fridge, toaster...). All spaces are air conditioned.

Surroundings
We are less than 10 minutes away from the Old Town, and close to the main train station.

24 hours check-in
(All reservatios must be fully paid by 22:30 of the day of arrival. Our night reception / janitor does not take payments, and only grants access to reservations paid in full. Reservations nos paid by 22.30 will be cancelled and any deposits will be lost.)

Although there is no curfew, we have a zero tolerance for noise after 22:00. This is not a party hostel. Please help us on our task to provide a quiet and relaxing stay for all our guests.

Animals/pets accepted: We accept pets ONLY in private rooms. No pets can be allowed in dormitories. a fee per pet and night is to be paid upon arrival. Please confirm with us prior to arrival that a pet will be joining you.

The full amount will be charged before the arrival otherwise the booking won't be guaranteed and the deposit will be lost. The charged amount is non-refundable.

The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Taxes included.

Other charges: We reserve the right to charge 300€ deposit in case of virtual cards or Visa Electron kind of cards are used for payment. This is to protect ourselves against possible damages, like vandalism or smoking in the rooms, and is fully refundable..

This property charges all nights if canceled less than 2 days before the arrival date.
