The worst hotel ever!!!Awful and very unfriendly personnel that doesn´t value customers at all!You have to leave your ID or pass, or you have to move out!Room facilities incl furniture are old and dirty,air conditioning doesn´t function.Terrible, don´t recommend at all!

clients dont want to give passport because we must note all clients by police computer that they staying in the hotel. cleaness is the important rule in our hotel, there is no dirt and towels will be change and every room will be cleaned dailey, air condition is working, and is some claim for every thing, it will be done asp. it`s a hostal with pool, breakfast unti 2.00 p.m., 24 hour bar, aircondition, nice garden and frendly personal, what will you more and clean

Nice hostel in El Arenal (german zone in Mallorca). Hot water was a problem when you wanted take a bath cause you had wait several minutes to get hot water.
