I wouldn't stay here again. It's cheap and cold - we had to ask for an electric heater because it was too cold to sleep. You get nothing for free except a bed, hot water and wifi in the lobby. Breakfast and meals are expensive. Security is terrible - no lockers in the room or anywhere, and when I asked to have my laptop put somewhere safe they refused. WTF. Overall, pretty poor service.

It's good location if come from interlaken west.Good Service,Good View .

Staff was rude and tried to overcharge on anything they offered. Cared more about partying with there friends then the visitors.
