Directions (how to arrive at the hostel):

From Berne-Thun-Spiez
Exit Interlaken-West, next junction, after the Heimwehfluh-railway station, turn right and follow the sign 'Unspunnen-Wilderswil'
From Lucerne
Exit Wilderswil, turn quickly right towards Matten. At the next junction turn left and follow the yellow/brown hotel panels 'Unspunnen/Waldhotel'


CANCELLATION POLICY:
If canceled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If canceled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
