The staff are not helpful at all. They complain when we wanted to pay separately (we were a group of 5) and they also add 3% for credit card payment. We booked a room with bathroom but we got a room with a shared bathroom with 2 other rooms. So be aware when you book thinking that you are going to have a bathroom in your room. The cleanliness could be way better.

We like this hostel very much! Not far from city, convenient and clean. A lot of games to be provided ...i will definitely stay here again on my next visit.breakfast was great!

Very good hostel, the staff is very friendly, good location if you arrive to Interlaken West. The room was a bit small, but still good for sleeping over. The breakfast is toast, butter, some cheese, coffee, cereal...

Best hostel I have stayed at in Europe. Interlaken is not big, but the hostel is close to the main street. The staff is really chill and friendly, and speak perfect english. It is clean and has great internet and kitchen and a great breakfast in the morning of all-you can eat toast cereal and coffee/OJ. It even hosts couch surfers who were a lot of fun too!

The Falken Hotel is in the perfect location. It is quite close to the train station, grocery stores and other activities. The staff was amazing - very helpful. They can book any activity that you want to participate in. They have a great happy hour, with cheap beer, and it wasn't too loud in the sleeping areas, so we were able to sleep at night. The only downside was that there are only two showers in the whole hostel, so it was a little hard getting in to the bathroom sometimes. Overall, though, a great experience. I definitely recommend this hostel to anyone traveling to Interlaken.
