Terms & Conditions: - Booking must be made 24 hours prior to arrival and full payment is required on arrival - For busy periods such as Full Moon Parties and New Years periods (from 18-12-2017 to 5-1-2018), payment should be made as soon as possible via paypal. if we do not receive the payment within one week of the booking being made we have the right to cancel the booking on your confirmation letter at any time - Paypal payments should be sent via paypal to our account (on your confirmation letter) - Cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to 12pm on your arrival day - In case of no show or late cancellation a charge of 100% of the booking price will be made
