Child Policy:
# Child age 2 - 11 years old sharing same room with parents and not requires an extra bed only pay for ABF @ THB 200.-
# Child age 12 years or older will be required to pay for an extra bed
1.Extra bed is charged at THB 1200, inclusive of ABF( superior room cannot add the extra bed)
2.Check-in time at 1400 hours and check-out time at 1200 noon
3.Early departure policy with reasonable cause, the hotel will collect an equivalent of one-night change base on low / high season. The hotel reserves the rights to charge for a full stay during the peak season.
4.Airport Transfer: Samui Airport - Hotel @ THB 500.- per room per way
5.No show will carry penalty of equivalent to the maximum cancellation charge at a time
6.Cancellation Policy:
Low season:1 May 10–14 Jul 10/16 Sep 10 – 31 Oct10/ 1 Nov 10 – 19 Dec 10 / 1 May 11 – 14 Jul 11/ 16 Sep 11 – 31 Oct 11 at least 2-night notice required or penalty 1 night

High season: 11 Jan 10-30 Apr 10/15 Jul 10–15 Sep 10/11 Jan 11–30 Apr 11/ 15 Jul 11–15 Sep 11 at least 14-night notice required or penalty 50% of the total booking value or min 1 night (whichever the greater)

Peak season 20 Dec 10 – 10 Jan 11 prepayment required and non-refundable and Min.3 nights required during 20 Dec 10 – 10 Jan 11
