Cancellation policy, we need to be notified 72 hours prior to prior to check-in or we will charged for one night stay.

Terms and conditions

- Any cancellation received within 3 day/s prior to arrival will incur the first 1 night/s charge (February 1st to October 31st).
- Any cancellation received within 14 days/prior to arrival will incur the first nights charge (Peak Season November 1st to January 31st).
- Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival will incur the full period charge (Peak Season November 1st to January 31st).
- Cancellation fee on you arrival or early departure is fifty percent of your reservation.
- Failure to arrive at the Siam Guest House will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
- For refund process, we will deduct 10% of amount for credit card and admin fee.
