If you are driving, follow the Umraniye-Sile highway then take the 'Agva Sahil Yolu'road which will directly take you to Ağva. Distance from Istanbul(Harem) is 97 kms and the whole journey takes about 1,5 hours.

You can also take the public transport buses which take off from Harem every hour. This takes about 3 hours.
