If you want to have some problems with you booking, this hostel can fit it. This is not bad hostel, for sure. But the owner Dmitri is not the fair one. Overbooking, lying about misterious emails he send everybody,
disdainful and inadequate style of speach, etc. Very rude service. Thanks God there is another hostel in this building two floor below. Not the best one, but without strange owners.

Thank you for your review. Very interesting situation. You send me e-mail and asked me about twin bed. Your booking was made for New Year period and of course we need to have from you confirmation letter that you will visit our hostel. I send to you five e-mails and you don't answered. As a result we canceled your booking. But when we started to intercommunicate with you in our hostel, you confirmed receiving of only first e-mail. Please, in the future, check your e-mail and send telephone numbers that switched on and you will don’t have any problems with hostels/hotels.

I have a problem when checking in Salve hostel in Kiev. When arriving at the reception turned out that all the rooms are occupied and our reservations were not really, that is at the hotel did not have data on our reservation. First-catch us live in an 8-bed room, which was very uncomfortable for us.

Everything was just perfect! The owner is great, free wi-fi, space to ironing, great kitchen open 24h, towels included, small shop with beer, coke, etc in the kitchen ;) 100% of satisfaction! Great! Great! Great!

the best hostel ever - you can feel yourself home, cozy place with pleasant mistress who treats each visitor as the one and only and gives advice on each issue. as a plus windows outlooking the heart of Kiev

Very good central Location-close to Metro and Central station-Forex change at good rate a block away from the hostel-Dimitry, Marina and Sergei very helpful and accomodative-arranged an easy transfer for me from the airport-One of the private rooms is through a dorm in the loft-a bit inconvenient to carry bags up. Other rooms spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and linen. There is no locker.

Very friendly and helpful staff! nice rooms, ours was quiet to a big yard with a good view (6th floor). I would return there anytime. There is one shower and one bathroom for the whole flat, it needs a little bit of goodwill to wait for one's turn but it is absolutely ok like that.

I traveled and stayed in hostels a lot around the world and this one is very good! Its family owned and you feel there like home!Very clean and nice.Also location is great! Kreschatik(main street) is like 3 min walking and there are lots of place to eat and bars around, if you care=)
