The Shalimar Motel is located In the Miami Modern MiMo district, minutes away from the famous Miami Art and Design district. 10 to 15 mile from Miami beach & south Beach

The first night amount will be charged before the arrival otherwise the booking won't be guaranteed and the deposit will be lost. The charged amount is refundable.

Taxes not included: 13% TAX + $5.00 service charge per person per night of stay..

Other charges: $ 150.00 refunded security deposit for extreme cleaning (smoking in room or any other damages to furniture, bedding, missing items). + $ 5.00 service charge per person per night..

1st night charged upon booking, cancellation: 48 hours prior to arrival via email. If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged. Deposit 100% of the first night will be charged on the day of booking. A fixed amount of $150 security deposit will be charged on the day of arrival, Refunded at check out.
