My only criticism was we booked through the AAE hostel website and arrived to find a Best Western Hotel. While this was much better then we were expecting it was pretty confusing to not have any information about the change of location earlier and seems to be something that happens more often than not judging by the staff there. Still a great hotel though!

Clean and good location in Seattle downtown,decorated cozy room with equipment makes you look like staying at home. A free luxury breakfast in a modern room let you satisfy with their good quality,I will recommend this Best Western hotel to live in Seattle downtown when you have limited budget.

From start to finish my stay at AAE was WONDERFUL! Dave, Rosario and the entire staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was an awesome beginning to each day. I look forward to visiting Seattle again and will DEFINITELY stay here. I highly recommend booking here if you're planning a trip to Seattle. The only negative for me was people not tipping at breakfast or leaving messes...really?

Very conveniently located near the Amtrak station, although this also meant train whistles during the night. Very helpful staff and shuttle service. Lovely to have breakfast complimentary. Very comfortable hotel.

It was quite nice. I very much appreciated the breakfast and the equipment of the room and bath. What I did not like that much was a unfriendly welcome when I arrived from one receptionist and the old bed-linen. Overall I think the price/performance ratio is very good!

It has been a very good hotel to stay in with a good location near to many of the tourist destinations. The breakfast is really great and wasn't too busy. Only very minor complaint was noisy neighbours, potentially a school trip, but over all a great place to stay.

Was very happy at the AAE Hotel in Seattle. Great amenities, staff and rooms. The only confusing part is that we thought we were staying in a hostel, but it turned out to be a Best Western.

The service at our hotel was excellent. When we said we had to leave in the morning before the breakfast service time, the desk clerk immediately offered to provide boxed take-away breakfasts.

It's only 10min walk to the space needle. The locations is really strategic. They even provided microwave and fridge in thw room. The wifi is free and pretty fast. Eventhough the building and room looks old but overall the service were great.

We were very disapointed with the communication between AAE and Best Western. They wouldn't acknowledge that we already paid a deposit and made us pay it again. The girl in the staff team was so rude with us and made us feel like we were less of a client because we had the room cheaper with AAE. At least the men in the staff team were very helpful and gave us some nice things to do and cookies.

Surprisingly, this is actually a best western, not a hostel.
But it's a great deal, very central, and the staff were wonderful. Will definitely be coming back.

It is a best western loyal inn. Be aware you will pay 10 dollars a night by the hotel to park. Upon checkout the hotel charges about 12 dollars per night in different taxes. Not pleased with the deceiving prices I was quoted by AAE hostel. Will not stay again.

For the price, I really felt like I was staying at a more expensive hotel (i.e. the room went above my expectations). Everything was nice and clean, which because of previous hotel experiences at different places I was relieved. Complimentary breakfast was nice and so were staff.

Great place to stay if you're in Seattle for the weekend: plenty of amenities, within walking distance of many attractions (Pike Place, Belltown, CenturyLink Field), and very comfortable, private rooms.

Such a great price for a clean, simple, lovely room. Beds were really comfortable. Bring an extra blanket if you're the type of person to leave a window open at night. Staff were super helpful. The upside to not being right in downtown is that it's quieter. Parking fee is reasonable! I only wish that breakfast was open til at least 12pm.

The hotel is of a high standard and very good value. Public transport is available nearby but I found it more difficult than most to ride, so was forced to use taxis a couple of times. The Seattle Centre (Space Needle) is easy walking distance, but the waterfront and Pike Place Market are quite a way. There are numerous restaurants, fast food outlets and convenience stores within 5 minutes walk.

This was a gem of a place to stay. The location is centrally located between Seattle Center and downtown. It's also right at the cusp of the new South Lake Union neighborhood (and Whole Foods). SLU is basically Belltown for grownups.
The only downside we encountered was a hugely noisy pipe rattle in the middle of the night. Turning my faucet on seemed to alleviate the problem; turning it off, brought the problem back. Front desk was aware of the noise but unaware of the cause until i brought it to their attention.

Very pleasantly surprised! Booked non smoking room, on arrival my room smelt of smoke.. I called reception and they immediately switched my room. It was clean, good size room with good amenities. Reception staff were very helpful with all requests. I was expecting a hostel room but its actually the hotel and very clean.

The hotel was fairly good, the location was a little far from Downtown but within walking distance. My only complaint is that the hotel is actually labelled Best Western Loyal Inn, of which we had no idea and therefore had trouble finding our hotel. I would think that a fact like that would be communicated to guests who book a room!

We had trouble with the AC in the room the first 36 hours, but my husband got it figured out how to make it work. Other than that, we were very pleased with the AAE Hotel Seattle experience. We would for sure use your sevices again
