We are a newly rebuilt (2013) boutique hostel, situated in Downtown DC, next to Convention Center focused on providing you a great experience for your stay here in DC. Situated a few blocks from famous Dupont Circle and U street night live, as well as shopping centers, food and the metro.

Valid foreign/domestic passport or government ID required to Check-in, along with a valid credit card.
Also keep in mind that our bunk beds are designed for maximum weight of 250lbs. If you are over the limit you will stay on your own risk, and will be responsible and accountable for the consequences.

Evidence of smoking in the room or common areas will result in an additional charge of $500 will be billed to cover the additional cleaning for smoking in the room and loss of revenue. Any kind of open flames, including lit cigarettes or burning candles, are not allowed in the room.
Additional charges may also occur due to having other guests leave (harassment, etc) - it's a shared environment so please be considerate.
No (extreme) physical intimate behavior allowed;
No excessive drinking allowed.
Any cancellation of the day of Check-in will be charged the full nights stay. Please be courteous and inform us immediately of a cancellation or change in plans. Reservations that have not checked in, may make changes 24 ahead of check-in time with no fees.
Upon arrival, full payment will be accepted in cash (USD)/travelers checks or credit cards VISA/MASTERCARD/DISCOVER. We do not accept personal checks.
Group reservations (5 guests and more) will be charged 15% non-refundable deposit.
Our hours are from 10AM to 10PM. Check-ins outside our standard time are possible but please contact us with exact time of arrival. Please do this at least 24 hours ahead of time, and your late check-in are not guaranteed unless EXPLICITLY approved by the management. Late fees of $20, or $30 apply. NO CHECK-ins AFTER midnight!
