Shit I booked on there own proper website and they took the booking fee out of my account. so when me and my 4 friends went to check in we were told we are not booked in and they are fully booked and we should of used booking.com not the website they don’t control it??? Why fucking have a website then?? It looked fucking shit anyways stay at La Siesta or the Essence wicked wicked hotel spas

Shower was dirty.
Toilet leaking.
Hotel very noisy all night.
Breakfast terrible.
Room safe didn't work.
Window in room can't lock.
Room damp and smelly.

Atrium Hotel has a very good localization in old quarter at Hanoi. It is good budget hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Near this place you can find lots of street food restaurants and very good travel agency “Adventure Indochina Travel” run by Paul from Ireland.
Only one minus is that the room don’t have a window or balcony but is very quietly and good for sleep.

Rooms are basic but otherwise all great... Value for money in a great location if you want to be in the heart of the busy, frantic old Quarter with simple room accommodation, good breakfast. Great staff!
