 Second section is away 7-10 minutes walk to Ben Thanh Market. Room price is average from 18USD/room and upward.
 Third one is backpacker area where takes 15-20 minute walking distance to Ben Thanh Market. Low price from 12USD/room and upward. You can also share a room with others at rate 5-7USD/bed/night.
