Extension of check out time is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:

* Reservation will be held until 18:00 on the arrival day unless guaranteed. However, during the busiest time as Christmas, New - Day, Traditional Tet and Public Holidays, bookings must be reconfirmed at least 1 week prior to the day of arrival.
