There was no soap in the bathroom! If you are offering the service for one/two nights, especially to the Biennale visitors who have been travelling and walking all day, it should be possible to put a soap in the bathroom!!!

The cleaning service is just working when you leave, not during your stay. There is no landry service. Please remind that there is an extra charge of 2 euros per night of city taxes that is not included on the final price.
