L'unico problema riscontrato nella stanza che ho occupato"lana" non esserci una porta che chiude l 'anti bagno dalla scala per accedere alla stanza da letto so che c'è poco spazio ma magari scorrevole o che si apre dal di fuori
Sper chi dorme è molto sconveniente disturba il sonno si sentono tutti i rumori

Personalul a fost foarte drăguț. Ne-au ajutat cu orice întrebări am avut. Cei cu care împărțeam camera erau de treaba, păstrau curățenia și liniștea după orele 11. Amplasarea e foarte buna, aproape de toate locurile frumoase.

Tuve un problema con una reserva, y el chico que estaba en recepción Julio, fue muy desagradable. No me gustan estas críticas porque pueden influir en el trabajo , pero no está capacitado para estar de cara al público. Su compañero fue muy amable

Hi Francisca, thank you for taking the time to share your opinion with us. We are sorry for the misunderstanding at check-in time and for the situation with your bookings, which we'll try to sum up here, in order to try and make it clear. You had mistakenly booked the beds required twice (first reservation in a 4 bed dorm, second reservation in a 10 bed dorm), without contacting us to verify that the first booking had gone through, as it had, and upon receiving the second one we contacted you to ask if everything ws correct, in order for you to be able to cancel one of the bookings free of charge when needed, as it was a couple of weeks before your arrival. You were notified of that through an email, whose email address read "no-reply@....", To which you were not supposed to reply; instead you should have accessed your account and replied to us through it. The reply you made to that email address obviously got lost and we never received any answer to our question of whether you wanted to keep both reservations, which is why we did not cancel neither of them. Upon arrival you were informed of this and of the fact that, because of our cancellation policy, you would have had to be charged for both reservations. To this you replied by repeatedly saying that we had in fact received your answer (which we hadn't, and the fact the you never received any reply may well have alerted you of that) and saying that you did not have to pay for both reservations. You repeatedly stressed that you had replied to our email, and that we must had known of that, basically stating that we were simply trying to scam you and also being somewhat rude. Throughout and despite all of this, understanding it was simply a coincidence of simple mistakes that could have happened to anyone, our reception staff decided to check you in the 4 bed dorm for the price of the 10 bed dorm (obviously cheaper) and to charge you only for half the cost of the other reservation, also adding a discount to that. To thank them of that, they were called liar and "bad people". Again, we are very sorry of the situation that occurred, but we do honestly believe that our staff did everything they could to help you out, and did not receive much recognition for that on your part. We are also sorry to notice you decided to mention our staff personally, which we find not very nice in any occasion, especially to attack them personally, also considering they decided to give you their name (thus showing they had nothing to hide) and had informed the rest of the staff promptly of the delicate situation. Once again, we are very sorry for the situation that occurred, and we wish you a great rest of your trip from all of our staff. Sincerely, Hostel Santa Monaca

I really reccomend this place only if you stay in a room with a few just a few other guests.
Due to poor ventilation, the smell in the morning, or at night can be really disgusting inside the room.
Please stay with just few people in the same room.

El lugar es bastante incómodo tiene muchas escaleras los baños no están accesibles tiene escaleras para todos los niveles la cocina está sucia en general y algunas personas de atención al público sobre todo el dueño tiene muy muy mal carácter y es capaz de levantarte la voz sin ningún prurito

We're sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay.
To address some of the issues you named, the hostel it's a 14th century building, of great historical value, thus making it impossible to build an elevator.
Our cleaning staff are cleaning the kitchen and every room of the hostel daily, so we suggest the state of the kitchen may have been caused by improper use by some of the guests.
Our reception staff anyway is always available to help our guests with any problems they may have, including extra cleaning when required.

Una excelente opcion para quedarse en Florencia, a pocos minutos caminando de la estacion de trenes y autobuses. MUY amplio y con una excelente area para cocinar y comedor. Excelente trato y muy amables al permitirte dejar tus cosas despues de haber dejado el cuarto. Renta de bicicletas baratas para recorrer la ciudad y mapas y orientacion para ver la ciudad incluida. Definitivamente regresaria.

It's a really nice hostel, bathrooms are really clean and the staff is always nice and looking forward to give you a good experience. The only thing not so good is that the room was a little bit too hot (doesn't haver aircon).

posizione ottimale,i bagni in comune lasciano a desiderare come i dormitori (bisogna adattarsi a mo' di naja..),non c'è aria condizionta.Ho usato l'ostello come appoggio per dormire 4 notti e, tutto sommato,è un'esperienza da fare incontri gente di tutte le nazonalità....

La ubicación es muy buena, justo en el centro. La limpieza del W.C. asi como las habitaciones podría ser mejor. Algo que realmente no me gustó fue que en la habitación no habia ventilación ni aire acondicionado y hacía mucho calor.

This was a great hostel. Met some great people, there is ample space, it's in a trendy part of Florence, very close to everything but in a more local are with lots of bars, cafes, local restaurants... There rooms were a little hot even though there were lots of fans. But I still slept well. Lovely experience overall.

Era um ex-convento então não tem uma infraestrutura muito boa, apesar de ser um local com muitos quartos. Há escadas e nenhum elevador. O quarto em que fiquei está no nível da rua, por isso é muito barulhento, e se fechássemos a janela, morreríamos de calor porque os ventiladores não resolveram o problema do calor que estava fazendo. Mas o pessoal responsável pelo hostel sempre foi muito prestativo.

駅から10~15分ほど歩きます。でも場所は地図のとおりでわかりやすかったです。ウフィツィ美術館へも徒歩圏内でしたので便利でした。
しかし階段がきつい！とにかくきつい！女子ドミトリー10人部屋に宿泊したのですが3階、実質4階だったので登るのに苦労しました。シャワールームとトイレ、洗面台、コンセントが複数あり、混みあわず快適でした。鍵も1人1つもらえるようです。キッチンも自由に使えます。ホステルの隣にスーパー、歩いて1分の所にランドリーがあるので、とても便利でした。
季節的にブランケット一枚だと寒いくらいかな。上の段のブランケットを借りて就寝したりしました。
なかなか良いホステルだったと思います。

I think the hostel is great. It's very nice and Central located. You can reach most attractions in 10 to 15 minutes by foot. Directly next to the hostel is a supermarket which I really like to recommend for its cheap and good food.
The only thing we didn't liked is that there were just two plug ins in a 22 beded rroom.
But there is the possibility to charge your phone at the reception.

I enjoyed a lot my holyday in Firenze also because thanks to this hostel I met so many people from all over the world. and also the hostel was nice, a good structure and position and there is everything you need. it was only a bit hot in the rooms but apart of that I give a good evaluation.

Gostei do Hostel, em geral... Porém, por ser muito grande, a desorganização acaba aparecendo em certos setores... Cozinha e banheiro...
E não tem tomadas nos quartos, para carregar o celular, por exemplo, é preciso ficar no refeitório...

Die Lage ist super. Leute sind nett und alles hat unkompliziert funktioniert. Allerdings fand ich 20€ für ein Bett in einem 22-Betten Zimmer doch nicht super günstig. Sauberkeit gibts nichts zu sagen. Nichts zu bemängeln, obwohl es nur zwei Badezimmer gab.

We loved our stay here! Very large, fridges to keep food in, kitchen, laundrey across the street, wifi, very clean room and bathrooms, and very quiet!! Located in a cute neighborhood across the river, with plenty of little shops for food, good restaurants in piazza s. spirito nearby, and coffee shops, clean sheets and towels.

Очень хорошее расположение, внутри спокойно и цивильно. В свободном доступе полноценная кухня, готовьте сколько душе угодно. Адекватный вайфай. Странное правило закрытия комнат с 10 до 14, дескать на уборку комнат, но на деле а) не дает просыпать собственный отдых б) никто не выгоняет и ничего не закрывается, во всяком случае до 10:30, далее не проверяли.
Выбором остался доволен.

I like my stay here. just there was one difficulty i had to wake up early in the morning and could not find my way. there was no bedside lamp or anything which could help me in the situation. besides it was difficult to collect things in the darkn ess.

Reservamos una hab de 16 y cuando llegamos la hab era de 20, todo literas a un metro una de otra bastante justito. Solo te dan las sabanas ni una manta ni nada y ahora que empezaba a refrescar por la noche pasamos un poco de frio, tampoco hay casi enchufes en la hab solo vimos 2 para 20 personas q pueden estar. El personal muy majos. 1 baño por planta y de nuestra hab de punta a punta. No creo que volviese

La ubicación era buena y estaba limpio. Sin embargo, las habitaciones y las instalaciones en general son algo viejas. Me disgustó que hacen lock-out y tienes que salirte de tu cuarto a las 10.30 am y puedes regresar hasta las 2 pm. El internet es pésimo. Si regreso a Florencia preferiría encontrar otro hostal.
