Hotel Casanova ****

Hotel in ottima posizione . La camera piccola con la tv che nn funzionava, in bagno la doccia penzolante , assenza di doccia schiuma e ciabattine , calcinaccio nella doccia cadente .abbiamo richiesto di sistemare almeno la tv ma nn percepito .

Centralissimo, a 2 passi da S. Marco e Canal Grande, molto silenzioso, necessario uno sgabello porta valigia, la mia junior suite spaziosa, colazione ottima

Splendido romantico accogliente gentile insomma eccellente.

La stanza assegnataci era molto piccola, quasi claustrofobica, di circa 10 mq, altro che Superior. Non entravano nemmeno i trolley piccoli. Io gravida a 30 settimane avevo difficoltà di movimento. Seganalato al personale il nostro disappunto non abbiamo ricevuto il trattamento che speravamo, sono stati scortesi e non accomodanti. Solo dopo ripetute sollecitazioni e discussioni e dopo aver chiesto di parlare con il direttore siamo stati trasferiti il giorno dopo in una junor suite (soltanto perché l’albergo era pieno)

Perfect location next to piazza San Marco, comfortable rooms, ample breakfast, nice and attentive staff. A true gem in the heart of Venice!

My experience of this hotel was completely incredible, and the staff were all super and went out of their way to make my stay the best ever. 100% recommend this place. Dont be fooled by other poor comments, I just think that everyone is different and have different expectations.

Ubicado perfectamente en el mismo centro de Venecia, junto a la Plaza San Marco. Fácil accesibilidad para ir a cualquier zona de la isla. Muy recomendable.

Great hotel, best location ever just few steps to St.Marco and all musseums. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean and spacious. They clean your room every day and breakfast is beyound expectations. If you leave the hotel before breakfast, they give you breakfast bag to go so you have breakfast on your way to airport. Highly recommended!

One nigh stay but will come again for a longer stay. Cozy room, good size bathroom, excellent location.

The location is the best. Close to San Marco, vaporetto and everything. The staff at reception were ok but not great. Overall a very nice stay.

I had room under the roof, juniorsuite.

The stairs were very steep and small, without any banister. The risk falling down was very high. Unacceptable to offer this room. Moreover the room was low, I had to bend my head permanently, also the bathroom small and very low. And that for a very high price.Taht an hotrel dares to offer this room, unimaginable!

Tolles Hotel an sehr guter Lage, direkt hinter dem Markusplatz gelegen. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Dieses Hotel ist sehr emofehlenswert.

Although the location is fantastic and is surprisingly quiet for being right near St.Marks square, I was displeased with the staff. Once employee in particular seemed annoyed with even having to speak to us and was very obviously speaking about me in Italian to another worker, she constantly glared over while I stood at the front desk to check in. All but one young gentleman (who was very pleasant and always greeted us) were extremely unfriendly.

Some rooms pretty run down, would need some fixing.

Shower door did not work

Safe box was loose in the wardrobe

Big stains all over the floor

We love this place and are coming since many years, but now we feel it needs some renovation to be done, before we would come back

Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar, direkt hinter dem Markusplatz.

Die Zimmer haben Palazzo-Flair und sind absolut in Ordnung.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und von toller Qualität.

Wenn jemals wieder Venedig, gerne wieder!

Posizione favolosa dietro Piazza San Marco. Non è un vero e proprio 4 stelle. La camera era confortevole ma un po' buia. Delusione la colazione: i piatti del buffet non erano ben lavati

Hotel centralissimo, pulito. Colazione self service con una buona varierà di prodotti.

So nahe beim Markusplatz. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten können zu Fuss gemacht werden. Gutes Frühstück und nettes Personal. Preis-/Leistungsverältnis super.

The accommodation at this hotel was very pleasent,friendly and helpful staff,big nice room and very clean, very close to San Marco square (1 min) and other attractions and also close to vaporetto station.

Séjour très agréable à l'hôtel Casanova, idéalement situé à quelque pas de la place Saint Marc. Le personnel était souriant et agréable. Coup de coeur pour la decoration des chambres et le délicieux petit déjeuner!

Reception che non capisce bene l'Italiano...Forse è pensata per clienti dell'EST!!! Servizio bar inesistente (no ghiaccio e.g.) Sono stato costretto a pagare le consumazioni bar in contanti al check out e la ricevuta? Sconsigliato

GENTILEZZA DELLO STAFF, POSIZIONE (COMODO A TUTTO), Camera molto bella , in stile veneziano. Un po' di polvere nella stanza, ma ci tornero' senz'altro.

Nettes Hotel direkt am Markusplatz. Das Frühstück ist für Italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Zimmer im 4. Stockwerk sind zu empfehlen - man schaut nicht direkt an eine Hauswand.
