Directions (how to arrive at the hostel):

Thank you for making a reservation at Phoenix Hostel. We are looking forward to seeing you at our hostel. If you have to cancel the reservation for some reasons，please let us know 3 days in advance.

Below please find some useful information for your reference:

Please bring your passport here (Only original passport, No copy, No other documents.)

Address in English (for online maps): Laoshan Hostel, Shanghai
Address in Chinese: 上海市黄浦区云南南路15-17号, 老陕客栈
How to get there:
1. People's Square (人民广场) on line 1, line 2 and line 8 (within 10 minutes by walking)
- Get off from exit 15
- Turn left and go along Middle Xizang Road(西藏中路) you will find a footbridge in front.
- Climb the long stairs and walk down the left stairs.
- Turn right at the first corner. Then you will find us on your left side.
2. Dashijie (大世界) on line 8 (1 minute by walking from Exit 1)
- Turn right when you get out from the exit 1.
- Turn left at the first corner (one convenient store at the corner).
- Go along the road you will find us on the right side.
From Shanghai Hongqiao airport/ train station (SHA上海虹桥机场/上海虹桥火车站)
Taxi: around 70 RMB About 30 minutes
Metro: Line 2 to People Square, then transfer to line 8, one stop to Dashijie metro station, get off at Dashijie metro station and walk out at Exit 1.
2. Our hostel accepts RMB only. Each room needs 100 RMB deposit for the room key. You can get it back when you check out.

From Pudong airport (PVG 浦东机场)
Taxi: About 200 RMB 40minutes
Metro: Line 2 from Pudong airport to People’s Square，then transfer to line 8, get off at Dashijie metro station, go out at Exit 1.
Maglev: Get on the Maglev from airport, then change line 2 Metro at Longyang Road (龙阳路）Maglev service time: 6:45-21:30

From Shanghai main train station (上海火车站)
Taxi: about 25RMB About 15 minutes
Metro: Line 1 (3 stops)

From Shanghai south railway station(上海南站)
Taxi: about 50 RMB About 30 minutes
Metro: Line 1 (8 stops)
