Camere Belvedere Termini

When we came did the hotel not have room for us. They had overbook themself and they had no idea that we were coming. We didn't get an excuse or a explanation. I will not recommend this to anyone!!! I will instead like to recommend Hotel Rossi where we sleept instead. Is is an hotel in the same building. They were so nice and we had a really nice stay there. And there was a really good service.
