All they care about in money. The door of the tube in bathroom is broken, I can just lift it and throw it out of windonw! The room is next to main road, so it is very noisy. On the web page, it says there is internet, but the only internet we can get is in another hotel that we have to walk at least 10 minutes, and they insist they provide us internet. This is one of the worst hostal I ever stayed. Please, please, please don't waste your money on this shitty place

Shared bathroom needs to be fixed, there is water everywhere after shower. Couldn't open the window in the room. In the kitchen, no table and no oven (the fridge needs to be cleaned as well as the armchair in the bedroom).

Very nice place to visit Rome with low prices. You don't have to expect a three stars, but you can sleep for cheep and it's good.

I spent my vacation in Real Paradise Rome. I liked a good location in the city, not new but a solid house. I felt like at home! I got 3 keys and complete freedom of time. In the future I will stay there again! Gintaras J, Lithuania

cheap, room very nice, bathroom not so nice (but it is a hostel, not hotel so it was fine) quiet place, good location. Cleaning and service OK.

In the TV was only one program (MTV) DVD was not working properly. For that price it was very good!

It's not too bad but it ain't great. It's clean and very close to Termini. That's very handy at night for transport by nightbus. Friendly&correct staff!

The room was nice and clean. There was one bathroom, old and a little bit dirty (although it was 'cleaned' every day). The room was located in a very old building, and it was just one part of bigger apartment, not a hostel. There were 3 rooms in total and in corridor was a desk with computer, which was kind of reception - so there was no atmosphere ;p and there is no full-time staff - one man is coming every day only to clean or to check-in or check-out. Location is good, as you can check on the map. p.s. you can also use fridge, which is very useful

Rooms with private bathroom are in a separate building ("Beautiful Place"). This one has been recently refurbished and everything is new, even they were installing a kitchen for guests.

There is not internet access unless you have a laptop. Location is good and staff is friendly.

perfect position (2 min. walk from Termini), very nice staff available anytime, breakfast (too simple and poor) is served by a bar 2 min walk, the room is maybe a little bit small but very well furnished

Good location and price - close to train station, hence easy access to Metro and walking distance to major attractions. Newly renovated bathrooms and as they were still putting the finishing touches on the rooms (fridges in each room), we were given complimentary breakfasts. Would stay again.

The location is different from that on the site. However, it is rather close. The cleanliness is excelent.

My„room”was 1,5x3m and smelt weird;no single chair,no smallest table,no shelf,no single place to put clothes or other things.Inside the ONLY closet was boiler machine (as the “room” used to be probably part of bathroom). No towel,no blanket. The price is 38€ per night. No “bed and breakfast”, making a simple cup of tea was impossible (no jug, no cups).Just do not believe photos of rooms or tasty descriptions on websites – they must be desperate wishful thinking of the owners. The only plus point – it’s close to Termini. NOT RECOMMENDED!!! NOT AT ALL!!!

Noone there when we arrived, had to wait for half an hour.

The bathroom is flooded after every shower. A bucket of dirty water is standing in the corner for god knows whihc reason.

The room was dirty, the whole appartment was smelly and moldy. It's quite loud too. It isn't too bad if you are used to backpacking, but nothing for weak characters. Plus points: close to Termini, so probably the best connection to public transportation in the city, no cockroaches at least no visible ones. The price ~20€ per night/person is not reasonable considering that you can find far better places with breakfast for the same price (provided you book early enough)

The name Real Paradise Roma is absolutely wrong! It's the opposite of a paradise...

The room was nice at first sight. But it was unclean. It had bedside lamps without light bulbs... The hostel had only one bathroom and this was also unclean... Showering was an art, 'cause there wasn't a lot of water, the shower floor was unclean and so on... ok - shit happens... but the point is the staff... The hostel is run by two men from Sri Lanka who do not speak Italian well. Also the communication in English was complicated... Staff were absolutely unfriendly! For instance they didn't give us the different of the paid amount back - we had to ask for this money on the day of check-out! We had to check out until 10 am - but staff would suddenly that we do the check-out within 10 minutes (and so before 10 am). We absolutely doesn't mistakes and so I told the staff that we paid until 10 am…

The hostel is absolutely not recommended!!!

Lage ruhig und nahe Bahnhof Termini. 4. Stock mit Lift. Zimmer in Ordnung mit TV und Safe. 1 Handtuch bereit gestellt. "Echtes Paradies" eben :-)

Near Termini Station, 4th floor with lift, room ok with TV and safe. Towel (1) provided. Bathroom filthy - no window, Toilet within the bathroom, washing machine full of dirty laundry - bathroom used by staff as well. Staff obviously living in the flat, does the so-called cleaning, heavy smoker although non-smokers appartment. No English spoken by staff. "Kitchen" consists of fridge and microwave oven - both filthy and never emptied. Neither dishes nor kitchen equipment available. No breakfast. Real(ly not) paradise.

We had a big problem when we came to this guesthouse. We didn know that we should call the owner by telephone. At the door it was a bell. When we rang the bell an guest answered and only speaked Italian and he was very irritated. Finally i could understand that i should call a telephonenr. Then 20 minutes later the owner came.

The hostel is an appartment divided into 3 rooms that are rented. No sign outside. We only found it because a guy was waiting for us in front of the building (and he was there just because I called a couple of days earlier to check the reservation, since they didn´t reply to my email). We spent 4 days, 2 of which without WC paper. The shutter wouldn´t open. The owner said he would send someone to fix it the next morning, he didn´t, so we had almost no natural light throughout the stay. The room was clean but smelled of tobacco-smoke all the time - the cleaning guy always smoked a ciagrette in 1 of the rooms after cleaning.

The location of this hostel is perfect, and the price very reasonable but it doesn't have a homy atmosphere it is in fact, quite cold and it smelt weird
