The apartment can accommodate two to four people, plus one child. It has a surface area of 72 square metres. It is comfortable, well-decorated, bright and looks out onto a canal. It is located on the ground floor of an nineteenth-century typical Venetian building. Fully renovated in 2011, it is furnished with period furniture. It has central heating and free access to the Internet through a USB key.

The apartment comprises the following rooms:

- a spacious living room with a sofa-bed;

- a dining room area;

- a fully-equipped kitchen with gas stove, electric and microwave ovens, extractor, refrigerator and freezer, coffee-pot, kettle, toaster, kitchen ustensils and dishes;

- two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds;

- a bathroom with bathtube and another separate toilet with washbasin.
