Ein Bahnhofshotel, nicht mehr nicht weniger.

Clean room, comfortable beds, bathroom in disrepair with no drainage, lights next to the beds not working (just the main light), no free parking provided (and I think that the ad said that there should be). The staff speak English with hard to understand Indian or Pakistani accent. But overall it provided what we needed.

A freaking hot ever whole night. Wifi was so slow or seems like had a cut off at midnight. Very dated and toilet bowl was old and dirty. I’m not going back there.

Los baños hueles a orines siempre y las duchas son extremadamente pequeñas, pero por el precio que se paga por noche no está mal...

Hostel was cheap and located in a good place, very close to a bus and a train station. Unfortunately room needed renovation. There was a window broken, heeating system hadly worked. It was very cold in the room. Only one working electric socket was in a bathroom.

The room had no hot water bed uncomfortable other than location the place was a nightmare.

Hotel Giovannina Venice Meagre has the best location as far as my opinion is concerned. I can't believe it's just a short 15 minute train ride to Venice Island! For just 1.25 Euro per ride, you can't best that. I heard the bus is even cheaper. For the price of a bed in a 4 bed dorm room, I have not much complaint the bed is surprisingly comfortable. The drawback is no elevator. I wa s at the 3srd floor.

I was very happy to stay in Hotel Giovannina for my trip to Venice. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and it is located close to the bus stop as well as the Mestre train station, around 5 minutes walking and 10 minutes by bus to reach Venice.

Its convenient if you don't want to stay in Venice.

A wifi nekem nem működött, úgy egyáltalán, a fürdőszoba elhúzhatóajtaján nem volt kilics, ami azért érdekes, de problémát nem okozott. A fűtést csak este 6 után kapcsolják be, amúgy minden más rendben volt.

Had taken a family room for 3 nights.Ensuite bath room/shower case was very small & in very bad shape. Other than this, it is good value for money,for a budget stay.

What a great deal for a hotel that accepts late night arrivals, so close to the station. And what a pleasant neighbourhood, with a well stocked supermarket only a block away. Would stay here again.

I really can't say any thing bad about the place. And the guy at the reception was nice and helpful. We staid 1 night but I would come back :) thank you for the hospitality

Pokój czysty, hotel zgodnie z opisem położony blisko dworca, obsługa miła. Jeżeli ktoś nastawia się na zwiedzanie to idealne miejsce wypadowe. Jedynie inaczej niż w opisie to parking płatny 10€ za dobę.

Sadly gone very seedy since I used Hotel Giovannina (99 and 01) . Sink that couldn't be used; lock that required much fiddling to work; lights that didn't work; cigarette burns on many surfaces. I remember a low-priced but adequate (with tv!!) and clean Italian place for a night or two. But it's run on cheap Indian/Asian lines now: minimal investment/maximum take. A few Euro more can get you much better nearby.

Great place. Not a palace, but that's not why you book a place like this.

There is a grocery close by but don't buy anything perishable, no kitchen/fridge/utensils. The room I stayed in was alright. The shower was extremely small, had no room to bend down to get shampoo (I'm 5'4). The location was close to the train station and a 15 min bus ride to island of Venice. Only other thing was the mattress smelt horrid.

lo stuff alla reception non parlava bene l'italiano. tutta la notte gli stranieri e drogati urlavano fuori albergo al livello esagerato. l'unica cosa positiva è la posizione comoda vicina alla stazione Mestre.

This was a very pleasant stay. It was cheap and the staff was friendly.

El empleado de la recepción hablaba solamente en italiano. No tenían anotada mi reserva y por lo tanto me querían cobrar nuevamente el precio de la noche. Muy buena ubicación.

Un quartier on on ne se sent pas en sécurité, un personnel pas du tout accueillant, ni souriant... ect! Nous n'avons pas été satisfait !

Dirty furniture in the room, dirty mattress.

My room had black mold growing on the wall, floor that had buckled at the entrance (due to water damage?) and a shower that was intermittently freezing and scalding. The staff were not friendly, not particularly accommodating, and the location requires a 15 minute train ride into Venice every day. I do no recommend this location, and would urge visitors to at least attempt to find another one before settling for this.

L'unica nota positiva dell'hotel (se si può definire tale) è la posizione, davvero vicina alla stazione di Venezia mestre. Staff dell hotel che a stento parla la tua lingua, scarsa pulizia, non cambiano la biancheria e non sistemano i letti. Inoltre possibile presenza di roditori, lo sconsiglio vivamente.

Great hotel just for one nigth. Near from station and cheap.

Estado edilicio: calamitoso. Humedades y hongos en abundancia. Sin baterias el remoto del tv (15 pulgadas) mobiliario execrable.

Das Hotel liegt ziemlich weit ab vom Schuss. Ist aber in Ordnung, wenn man mit dem Auto kommt.

Die Hygiene ist aber wirklich unter aller Sau. Wir waren zum Glück nur eine Nacht da, so konnte ich das Duschen ein paar Stunden nach hinten verschieben und das erst im nächsten Hotel machen. Die Dusche und das gesamte "Bad" war so eklig, dass ich da nicht barfuß rein konnte. Wenn man da hingeht sollte man unbedingt Badeschlappen mitnehmen.

Das Hotelpersonal war Null hilfsbereit und konnte uns kein Geld wechseln, weil sie angeblich keine Kasse hätten. Das Zimmer haben wir aber in bar gezahlt ...
