Directions (how to arrive at the hostel):

The reservations could be canceled:

- Within 15 days from the date of arrival without penalty

- From 14 to 4 days before the arrival date: we will charge the cost of one night for each apartment booked.

- 3 days before the date of arrival or no-show: the total amount will be charged.

We ask you to inform us 2 days before the arrival to inform us at what time you think to arrive in Venice to meet a person of our staff at the waterbus stop S.TOMA', because the apartment don't have the reception.
The excort service to the apartment is free till 21.00, after this hour till 11.30 is Euro 20.00. After the hour 11.30 the extra charge is Euro 50.00. If you arrive after 24,00, and you don't inform us in time, is not possible to enter.
We ask you also to inform us for any late arrival after the hour that you comunicated us, to not creat olong wait.
