the hostel as such is very OK but there are always little things that were missing (night lamps without bulbs for instance, or TV) or were broken (toilet, handle of a bathroom door). A better maintenance would be advisable.

The staff told me the hostel is about to be fully modernized: good, but those who stay there now should have the services for which they pay.

Staff and travel agency: very efficient and competent. A special mention for Verónica: excellent service!
