Directions (how to arrive at the hostel):

Thank you for choosing us to accommodate in the centre of Barcelona.

We’re sending your reservation attached and we are looking forward to seeing you!

Important information for your arrival:

- Office hours: 9:00 - 15:00 17:00- 22:00 pm

- Direction: Gran Via de les Cort Catalanes 602, Ground floor (Corner with Street Balmes, See map attached in reservation). By typing 602A in the keyboard on the right of the entrance door you can automatically get in.

-Occupation from 14:00pm (if you arrive earlier we keep your baggage at the reception).

-Check- in: 24 hours but please let us know your arrival hour !

-Late check-in – reconfirmation of late arrival is necessary: If you arrive after 23:00 PM, please make a call to our reception to reconfirm your expected arrival time. We expect your call until 23:00PM on the reserved date in order to get prepared for your check-in. Thank you!



-Fees to be PAID IN CASH and IN ADVANCE at the check-in (For credit card payments +1€ charge per night and per person).

CANCELLATION POLICY: The 10% deposit you paid to make the reservation is not refundable in any case of cancellation. If you fail to arrive or we get your cancellation within 72 hours before your arrival day the cost of the first night will be charged.

Note: Cancellations must be sent by email.

HOW TO ARRIVE:
Direction: Gran Via de las Corts Catalanes 602. Ground floor (Corner with Street Balmes, in front of the building of the University Barcelona,see map web).

-From Prat International Airport Barcelona. The Airport is located 12 km southeast of the city and has 2 terminals.

1.by train from Terminal2: costs 1,35 €, leaves every 25 minutes, the last one leaves at 22:30 p.m. - Takes around 30 minutes to arrive at the centre where you get off at station of Psg. de Gràcia You can buy a ticket 'T-10' which is valid for ten trips for any transport in zone 1.

2.by bus: 5.05 €-, leaves each 10-15 minutes, runs until midnight from both of the airport terminals. Takes 30 minutes to arrive to the centre, get off at Plaça Universitat.

3.By taxi: one cab costs around 30 €

- From Sants Estació, which is the main station of Barcelona. Info on tickets and timetables: www.renfe.es

To arrive to BackpackershouseBcn you take the green metro line (Linea 3) then get off at the station of Plaza Catalunya and from this square head to the north to reach Gran Via, then cross street Balmes and here we are, under 602.

- From airport of Girona (Ryanair) to the Bus Station of the Nord, Distance: 112 km

by bus: 1 h 20 minutes. 12€ one-way ticket, 23 € return ticket.

The Ryanair bus arrives at the Estación del Norte from where you can take a cab to Gran Via 602 for 9 € or from the Metro station Arc de Triomf take the red metro line (Linea 1) and get off at the station of Universitat. You can buy a multiticket of 10 journeys (about 7,70 €) or pay 1,30 € for a single trip.


-From airport of Reus (Ryanair): Distance to Barcelona: apr.100 km

Bus: 16 €. Ryanair has a bus service that takes you from Reus directly to Barcelona, to the station of Sants.

-By car: You can make a short stop in front of Gran Via 602 to get your baggage out and after having parked your car, for 7 days costs around 81 euros depending on the zone: http://www.bcn.emake s/guia/onaparcar_2ico_cas.htm.
