Chelsea International Hostel

Description

Situated in the heart of Manhattan, the Chelsea International Hostel has been operating for more than 20 years as and independent youth hostel in New York City.

This hostel is all about the location, in Chelsea, a 15-minute walk to Times Square and only 2 blocks to the Highline Park. The are is served by several subway lines (A, C, E, F, 1, 2, 3).

Rooms are simple and functional: they can sleep 1 to 4 guests in single beds (in single, shared and private twin rooms) or in double-size beds (in private double-bed rooms). There are no bunk beds in rooms. In-room lockers are also available. Most rooms will share bathrooms down the hall and the bathrooms are cleaned constantly. Rooms are all air-conditioned during the summer months.

Every floor in any of our eight buildings has a bathroom; most of the times there is no waiting in line to use the bathrooms.

Communal facilities and amenities include an outdoor courtyard, a kitchen, a dining room and a lounge.

They are open from 8 am to 8 pm, in consideration to our good neighbors.

 

 

Terms and conditions

Valid passport is required to check in. This policy is also valid for American and Canadian citizens. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Payment is due full upon arrival. We also accept Discover, Traveler Checks or Cash.

Beds and rooms are allocated on the arrival day. We will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee that a group of 2 or more people will be in the same room.
