Super disappointed and stressed
Arrived at 2am was nice welcomed by the receptionist got the room to rest someone was in my designated bed didn’t fuss jump on the empty bunk only to be awaken by the fire alarm at 6am and last a hour with no response from the staff no apologies nothing not even next morning it was like nothing happened so if I coul give a big fat 0000000s I would never stay and don’t recommend the toilets are disgusting the room are dirty the bunk are small u can even sit up so overall a terrible experience the only thing good is the pub and the staff the rest is horse or not pigeons shit

Overall a good place to stay. The breakfast is nothing special but really nice to have. The staff are great and its a good location.

nice place!! but the escaped coat hooks should be persuaded to return to the showers; the toaster should be seduced to toast the slices on both sides.

Despite the good location, I do not recommend this hostel to anyone. It has a terrible security. Some one stole the laptop of one of the travelers who was sharing the room with me. And the hostel was not able to do anything for him. No cameras, no lockers and no safety.

Hi there, we try very hard to provide every guest with a locker so they are able to lock up there valubles the only room without lockers is room 3. we also provide a luggage room which contains lockers and security cameras, so we highly recommend guests to lock up all valuables

The hostel is very comfortable, also the staff is good as the breakfast and the wifi, its nice beautiful and I would stay there another time. The only thing that I have to warn its that it isn't near London's downtown but you can take 1 bus outside the hostel to go there.

The hostel is away from the center, but has convenient transportation. Rooms are clean, the breakfast and the atmosphere are good. I did not like the noise in The building. There has an annoying noise from a machine that interfere with sleep. From the street can be heard also

Very nice hostel and staff. Not so much space for your stuff in your room, but if you stay with right people it's not a big problem.

Very friendly stuff. 15 min to underground station, bus stop right in front of the hostel. Prise and quality on the high level. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a cheap and safe place to stay. The have a code lock on each door and video cameras in the luggage room. Just one moment I would like to notice, the district not very safe to return at the evening, especially when you are 21 year old girl.

at the check in I've been rejected since I only had my Italian Driving Licence as evidence. They don't even accepted the ID card scanned copy I had saved on my mailbox.get in the white house would be easier.

I liked the hostel, its not in the London city centre but you can go there easily taking a bus in front of the hostel, we also go to the calpham train station in 10 min walk. It's clean. Bad things: you cant cook at the hostel, doesnt have any refrigerator for the guests to use. But its a bar and you can buy food and drinks there, and where the hostels is located there a plenty of restaurants, some cheaper than others.

I enjoyed it, though disliked the high music volume in the bar on Saturday which was very disturbing in the dormitory. Why such high volume? I wouldn't like to visit a bar where you can't hear a conversation.
