Christmas is coming and it's that time of the traditional Christmas markets, but every year it becomes difficult to choose which one to see.

If initially the Christmas markets were typical of Germany, now they have become a must also in Italy,

Austria, Hungary, Estonia, France, Sweden and Lithuania. But which are the markets to not absolutely miss? Let's see them!

CHRISTMAS MARKETS IN COLOGNE

See this market at least once in a lifetime is a must, especially the Neumarkt, the oldest of the city, near the Duomo.

Here you can find the typical cookies of the Christmas period, dome-shaped. If you know how to say it, try to pronounce "Kolner Spekulatius", it's their name!

In the central square, where there is the town hall and one of the oldest pharmacies in Europe, you can get lost among the many houses. Taste the hot wine, desserts, but if you really want to try something typical, try the elk meat.
